Yes! As long as the home is left in good condition (normal wear and tear is okay) and the lease terms are followed, your deposit will be refunded. Any charges for damages, unpaid rent, or cleaning will be deducted.When is a cosigner needed?
If you don’t meet the income, credit, or rental history requirements on your own, you may need a cosigner. They’ll need to meet our criteria and sign a guarantor agreement.I found a place I love—how do I apply?
Great! You can apply online through our website or in person. We’ll need your completed application, application fee, proof of income, and a valid ID.How do I pay rent?
Most residents use our online portal, which is quick, secure, and available 24/7. You can also pay by bank transfer, credit card, or Pay Near Me/Retail Cash depending on what works best for you. We do not accept personal checks, bank checks, cashier's checks or money orders.Can I get a pet?
Possibly! Check your lease first, then contact our team. Some homes allow pets with a deposit or monthly pet rent, while others may have restrictions.My roommate is staying, but I want to move out. What should I do?

Most leases require written notice before moving out. Double-check your lease for the notice period and send your move-out notice in writing by the deadline. This notice can be sent by email to info@home-forward.com or by submitting through your online portal.Who handles maintenance and repairs?
We do! Just submit a request through your resident portal and we’ll take care of routine maintenance. If damage is due to misuse or neglect, you may be responsible for the cost.
