No. Central Kentucky does not require a landlord to accept Section 8 or any other form of rent assistance.. Our approach is to accept all forms of lawful income and factor them into the income requirements that all residents must meet. -

Yes! In Kentucky we are required to be a real estate agent and be affiliated with a broker in order to practice residential property management. We’re fully licensed and follow all industry standards to ensure you and your property are well protected. -

Absolutely. We have an emergency contact for urgent issues that come up outside of business hours. For general questions, we’ll respond during our regular office times. -
Can you deposit rent directly into my bank account?

Our standard is to collect a deposit equal to a month’s rent. We can also adjust the amount based on the level of risk with the applicant, but we always stay within market norms and legal guidelines.How soon can you start managing my property?
