Discovery Call
Set up a convenient time to speak with one of our talented and experienced Property Managers. During this call, we’ll learn about your property, goals, and expectations, while giving you a clear picture of how we can support you. It’s also your chance to ask questions and see if we’re the right fit for each other.

Rent Readiness Pre-Inspection
We conduct a detailed 2-hour walkthrough of your vacant unit to assess rent-readiness. Your attendance is optional. Afterward, you’ll receive a full report with photos, descriptions, and an estimate of expected turnover costs. The inspection fee is $350, which will be credited toward your Onboarding Fee if you choose Home Forward as your Property Manager.

Onboarding & Marketing
Once the management agreement is signed, our team will gather all the necessary details to ensure your property is marketed and leased properly. We know the small things make a big difference, and we’re committed to handling every detail with care so nothing is overlooked.

Ongoing Management & Communication
From rent collection and maintenance coordination to routine inspections and financial reporting, we handle the day-to-day operations of your property with care and efficiency. You’ll always stay informed through regular updates and easy access to your online owner portal, giving you full visibility into performance, expenses, and resident activity. Our team is just a call or message away, ensuring you have clear, consistent communication and peace of mind at every step.
